Clean Team Member – Rugby FWC

£12.84 per hour. Part‑time, ad‑hoc hours.

Job Summary

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability. As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, you will organise your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer's experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment and products and receive a first‑class training programme.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at the club, including gym, changing rooms, shower, poolside and other facilities.
• Take pride in your work and ensure that cleaning processes are followed.
• Use equipment safely (scrubber dryers, rotary machines, carpet cleaners).
• Be responsible for waste removal and periodic deep cleaning.
• Provide a clean, pleasant and safe environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Well‑organised and able to plan and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and a friendly nature.
