Overview
In your dream role, you’ll be part of the Retail team in Leicester, working 16 or 20 hours per week.
You will help customers identify their needs and advise on high-value purchases to ensure an exceptional store visit.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their needs, guiding them to the right products and high-value purchases.
- Support customers through the in-store journey, from initial contact to understanding sleep preferences.
- Become a Sleepmatch Master, using sleep technology to help customers choose the right mattress.
- Maintain store appearance, including housekeeping and updating displays.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and meet KPIs.
- Hours and Location
Leicester store; 16 or 20 hours per week. Weekend and bank holiday work is required.
