The University of Aberdeen is seeking to appoint up to three Research Cultures Collaboration Associates to contribute to a national programme of activities focused on strengthening research cultures across Scotland's higher education sector. The Associates will work alongside the Scottish Research Cultures Collaboration Manager and partners to deliver one of three projects:
- Enhancing Early Researcher Experience in Scotland
- Creating Narratives of Research Cultures in Scotland
- Evidence and Insight from Research Integrity and Culture Week
These roles offer the opportunity to work across institutional boundaries, engage with diverse stakeholders and contribute to projects that have impact across Scotland's research ecosystem.
This post is available on a fixed term basis for a total of 3 months (full time), and may be worked flexibly, with the duration varying according to the agreed FTE. For example, the role could be worked as 3 months at 1.0 FTE (37.5 hours per week) or 6 months at 0.5 FTE (18.75 hours per week).
Salary will be at the appropriate point on grade 6, £38,784.00 - £46,049.00 per annum pro rata with placement according to qualifications and experience.
