What You'll Do
Core Weave is seeking an exceptional Regional Director, Revenue Operations - EMEA to serve as the operational leader of our revenue engine across the EMEA region.
Reporting directly to the Global Vice President, Revenue Operations and serving as the strategic operational partner to the VP & Managing Director, EMEA, you will both help shape Core Weave's global revenue operations operating model and drive its performance in EMEA - working shoulder-to-shoulder with the global Centers of Excellence to build the standards, systems, and frameworks, then bringing them to life in-region to deliver predictable, efficient, and accelerated growth.
Your mandate is to make the operating model deliver market-commanding performance in EMEA while ensuring the region's realities shape what "global" means.
This is a pivotal moment for Core Weave, as we scale our revenue operations infrastructure to support our trajectory as a newly public AI hyperscaler.
You will bring enterprise-grade operational rigor to the region while maintaining the startup mindset, agility, and innovation that defines Core Weave.
As a senior voice within global Rev Ops and a leader on the EMEA field team, you will operate as a peer to the Centers of Excellence - co-designing the global operating model, championing its adoption across the EMEA field, and ensuring the region has the insights and execution to achieve its ambitious revenue targets.

Management: Apply the global forecasting methodologies and revenue analytics frameworks to give regional leadership accurate, real-time visibility into EMEA pipeline health, revenue performance, and growth trajectories across segments, products, and geographies.

Rhythms: Build and run the region's operating cadence - QBRs, business reviews, and performance reviews presided over by the VP & Managing Director, EMEA - anchored to a common global operating-rhythm framework and extended with the region's and EMEA's nuances, orchestrating the agenda, insights, and follow-through that instill discipline, drive accountability, and deliver over-achievement of results across the EMEA field.

- Global Field Initiatives Rollout & Adoption: Lead the EMEA rollout and adoption of global initiatives across every Rev Ops Center of Excellence - including Field Planning & Performance (quota, compensation, and territory rollouts), Field Readiness (training, enablement, and certification programs), and Field Process & Automation (process, systems, and AI) - driving change management and adoption that streamline regional operations so the sales organization can focus on selling, ensuring consistency with worldwide standards while respecting local market nuance.

Who You Are
- 15+ years in field/revenue/sales operations, with experience as a regional business partner to senior field leadership.
- Proven success operating across EMEA markets, managing complexity across multiple geographies, currencies, and time zones.
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and operating-rhythm discipline in high-growth B2B technology.
- CRM fluency and comfort with revenue intelligence and analytics tooling; able to turn data into regional insight.
- Track record driving adoption of global programs at the regional level through strong change management.
