About the role: As a key EICA specialist, you’ll be at the heart of driving innovation, reliability, and safety across water and wastewater projects.
- Deliver innovative EICA design solutions from conceptual development to detailed design
- Create high‑quality engineering outputs, including single‑line diagrams, cable block diagrams, control system architecture, MCC datasheets, load schedules, and control philosophies
- Act as a technical authority, offering specialist insight across projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage interfaces across teams
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, JV partners, and clients
- Lead bid reviews, assess subcontractor designs, and provide technical support on‑site
- Mentor junior engineers and support their technical and professional development
- Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and quality standards
About you: A committed, capable EICA engineer who brings both technical excellence and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
- Experience in the water, wastewater, or related sectors
- Expertise in electrical power systems, water treatment control systems, and integrated system design
- Knowledge of CDM, procurement processes, and document control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A self‑motivated, adaptable approach with a drive for efficient, high‑quality engineering
Desirable:
- Professional or on‑path to registration (IEng / CEng MIET)
- Proven mentoring or leadership experience
- A passion for innovation, learning, and continuous improvement
