Waythrough is seeking an Employment Specialist in the Job Retention team to provide recovery-focused support to people facing mental health challenges who are at risk of losing their jobs. You will manage caseloads, deliver tailored support, complete vocational assessments and develop personalised plans while collaborating with employers, therapists and partner organisations to maintain employment as part of recovery.
