Role Summary
We are seeking an externally facing Senior Product Manager to join our Product & Technology organization.
This role sits at the intersection of customers, engineering, and internal stakeholders, with accountability for translating client needs into scalable product capabilities and driving execution against the product roadmap.
You will own a significant product area, working closely with enterprise customers to understand their challenges, prioritize opportunities, and deliver solutions that create value across multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap for a defined area of Cloud Factory’s client-facing platform.
- Identify customer and market opportunities that align with Cloud Factory’s product vision.
- Define product goals, success metrics, and priorities in partnership with Product Leadership.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning through customer insights and market trends.
- Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand their business challenges and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Work closely with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to support customer engagements and product adoption.
- Communicate product direction, priorities, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with customers while balancing individual requests against broader platform priorities.
- Lead discovery activities including customer interviews, workflow analysis, usability feedback, and data analysis.
- Translate customer problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Validate ideas through experimentation and customer feedback before investing in development.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to drive product decisions.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of roadmap initiatives for your product domain.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design throughout planning, development, testing, and release.
- Prioritize work based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Track delivery progress, manage dependencies, identify risks, and ensure successful product launches.
- Define and monitor product KPIs to measure customer and business outcomes.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Data, AI/ML, Operations, and Customer Success to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Support release planning, product documentation, and customer enablement activities.
- Foster strong collaboration across teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution.
- Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B Saa S, enterprise software, or platform products.
- Demonstrated experience owning products or major product areas from discovery through delivery.
- Strong experience working directly with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex customer needs into scalable product solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and modern cloud-based applications.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams throughout the product development process.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑informed approach to decision‑making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building enterprise or platform-based products.
- Exposure to AI/ML products, data platforms, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
