What you’ll be doing
Your main purpose will be to make sure that our engineers have the tools, parts and equipment they need at the right time and the right place so that they can do their jobs and deliver a great service to our customers. This involves sourcing and ordering parts and materials, PPE and tools, ensuring delivery to the correct location on time, receiving and allocating items at the branch, administering invoices, processing warranties, updating records, and maintaining a neat and orderly store. You will also manage refrigerants, the branch fleet, van inspections and conduct Health and Safety checks.

What do you need to have
- Experience in a similar role in electrical, plumbing wholesale, builders’ merchants or a related supplier-based industry.
- Some experience in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry is an advantage but not essential.
- You should be computer literate (Microsoft Office and database skills) and able to learn new software.
- Strong administrative skills, comfort with manual handling, and a current, valid UK driving licence are required.
- Due to safeguarding requirements for our customer sites (schools and hospitals), we conduct confidential criminal record checks. If successful, you will be required to complete a DBS check in compliance with the DBS code of practice and the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. A criminal record will not necessarily preclude you from working for us.
