Responsibilities
- As part of the Nuffield Clean Team, organise your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure cleaning never gets in the way of a customers experience.
- Use the latest cleaning equipment and products; participate in our first-class training programme.
- Clean and prepare a range of areas at the club.
- Care about our customers and take pride in your work.
- Follow cleaning processes and ensure the location is clean, pleasant and safe for customers.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred; be well organized and able to follow cleaning procedures.
- Use equipment safely (such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines and carpet cleaners).
- Be responsible for a variety of tasks, including gym, changing rooms, showers & poolside cleaning, waste removal and periodic deep cleaning.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in a similar cleaning role.
- Good organisational skills and ability to follow cleaning processes.
- Friendly nature and good communication skills when interacting with colleagues and customers.
