The Business

This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK and Ireland's most significant real estate platforms. Following a transformational merger in 2025, this investor now owns over 1,100 properties valued at approximately £6 billion. With over 150 employees across London and the Midlands, this is a business operating at genuine scale with strong growth momentum behind it.

The Role

A newly created opportunity has arisen for a Property Database Administrator to join their FP&A team within the finance function. This is a hands-on, ownership-focused role for someone who takes genuine pride in data accuracy and wants to be the central point of control for a UK-wide property database.

As the primary administrator for their Landmark property database, you will be responsible for the integrity, accuracy and day-to-day maintenance of property records across the enlarged group, often acting as gatekeeper for all changes, running regular data audits and generating reports and extracts that feed directly into financial analysis and reporting.

The FP&A team works across property, asset management, investment and development functions, producing a wide range of internal and external reports using Power BI and AI-enabled reporting tools, so there will be scope to grow your skills in a forward-thinking, technology-engaged team.

Key Responsibilities for the role

  • Own and maintain the Landmark property database as primary administrator, ensuring all records are accurate, consistent and current.
  • Act as gatekeeper for all database change requests - including new leases, renewals, rent reviews, assignments and surrenders - establishing and following clear protocol.
  • Conduct regular data audits to identify and reconcile variances across the database.
  • Generate reports and data extracts from Landmark to support financial and property team analysis.
  • Support data integrity across all teams within the enlarged group.

What We Are Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with Landmark or a comparable property management platform such as Horizon, Yardi or MRIA.
  • Working understanding of commercial lease structures and property terminology.
  • Strong attention to detail, ideally a person who wants things to be right and will not cut corners.
  • Solid MS Office skills including Excel.
  • Ability to manage your own workload and projects, being pro-active and problem-solve effectively.
  • A positive, adaptable approach and genuine desire to learn and develop.

Why Apply?

This is a high-visibility role within a growing finance team at a business that has undergone significant transformation and is continuing to expand. For someone with property database experience who wants to take genuine ownership of a critical function - and develop their skills in a data-led, analytically sophisticated environment - this is an outstanding opportunity.
