What you will do Guide the architecture, design, and development of scalable customer and client platforms, implementing microservices and integrations across AWS by ensuring we are driving good customer outcomes across all aspects of services that have potential to impact our customers.
What we are looking for Extensive experience in software engineering, including experience operating at Principal Engineer or senior technical guidance level.
Expert knowledge of .
NET, React, SQL, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms, ideally AWS.
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, Dev Sec Ops practices, and test automation.
Experience working with customer contact platforms such as AWS Connect or Genesys Cloud.
Proven ability to design and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient cloud‑native solutions within complex enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of observability, operational support, reliability engineering, and end‑to‑end ownership practices.
Knowledge of regulated financial services environments, including UK GDPR and FCA Consumer Duty requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical direction and collaborate across multiple teams and functions.
