Overview
Bank Administration Assistant - Hours: Flexible, Zero-hour contract. Location: Fulwood Hall Hospital, Preston.
Responsibilities
- Be an integral part of a busy team, delivering high-quality outcomes in a supportive environment.
- Provide professional administration support and liaise with patients, consultants and all hospital departments.
- Demonstrate a professional approach, excellent verbal communication, initiative, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.

- Experience in a front-facing or customer service role
- Strong IT skills
- Maths/English to GCSE level or equivalent
- Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels, both written and oral
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including databases
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants on a day-to-day basis using appropriate methods and interpersonal skills
- Positive, willing attitude
- Self-motivation with strong organisational, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Previous use of an Electronic Patient Record system (desirable but not required)
