Salary: £26,436.80 plus Veolia benefits.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, weekly alternate shifts 0600‑1430 & 1430‑2300. Overtime when needed.

Location: Portsmouth Materials Recovery Facility, PO35QH.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring materials are separated to meet the required standards
  • Sorting individual materials off the sorting conveyor
  • Undertaking the cleaning duties of the plant when required
  • Providing cover for other positions within the facility
  • Completing any training required for the role

Qualifications

  • Similar operational / manual handling experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively within a team and all site users
