In this role, you’ll work closely with individuals and families facing challenges, offering the support they need to stay in their homes and thrive. You’ll manage complex cases with compassion and care, helping to prevent eviction and promote long-term stability. By coordinating with internal teams and external support agencies, you’ll ensure residents receive the right help at the right time. From gathering essential information to maintaining clear, accurate records, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high quality, person-centred service that changes lives.

Hybrid role with a base location at our Plymouth office. Candidates are expected to work from the office at least one day per week. Travel required to cover visits in the Southwest region (e.g., Bristol, Exeter, Mid Devon, South Gloucestershire, South Hams, South Somerset, Teignbridge).
Post is subject to Enhanced Adult and Child Criminal Record Check Clearance. Eligibility to work in the UK is required; Clarion is not able to offer visa sponsorship. You must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
