THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Glazier to join our glazing team and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional service to our customers, you will be responsible for:

  • Experience in the manufacture, installation, or sales of internal glazing products including shower screens, splashbacks, mirrors, wardrobe (robe) doors, and glass shelving.
  • Strong understanding of residential interior glazing products, hardware, and installation methods.
  • Knowledge of measuring, quoting, and specifying custom shower screens, splashbacks, mirrors, and wardrobe doors.
  • Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and customer requirements for internal glazing projects.
  • Familiarity with frameless, semi-frameless, and framed shower screen systems.
  • Understanding of mirror applications, safety standards, and fixing methods.
  • Experience coordinating production schedules and installation requirements for custom internal glazing products.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills when liaising with homeowners, builders, designers, and installers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet production and installation deadlines.
  • Proficient in estimating, ordering materials, and coordinating suppliers where required.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian Standards relevant to internal glazing products.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will

  • Trade qualified glazier or minimum of 3+ years experience in lieu of qualification
  • Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years work experience
  • Proven track record in fabrication & installation of company products and services
  • Accurately measure and prepare drawings for glass and aluminium orders
  • Read and interpret building plans & architectural drawings
  • Complete tasks in accordance with company SWMS documentation
  • Driving licence
  • White card

You must have a great work ethic and positive attitude to get the work completed to the highest possible standard within tight deadlines.
