Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in implementing and supporting HR systems? University of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking a People Systems and Reporting Officer to support an effective Establishment Control function within our People and Culture (P&C) team. The role leads on maintaining and developing UAL's Establishment Structure, providing input and direction on the people system aspects of organisational change, and helping administer the full establishment cycle.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop the Establishment Structure and provide input on the people-system aspects of organisational change.
- Administer the full establishment cycle and contribute to improvements in data quality and business processes through innovative changes to our HR systems.
- Act as the first line of support for colleagues within the P&C team and the wider university community, delivering effective advice, guidance and assistance across our portfolio of HR systems.
- Organise and deliver HR system-related training sessions and create accessible training materials to help colleagues maximise the value of our tools and technology.
About you
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and experience with HR systems, including delivering system-based training. You should be comfortable working with data in Excel and be able to manipulate and present information clearly. The ideal candidate will be organized, team-oriented, and confident in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong organisational skills, a customer service approach, and a collaborative mindset are essential for delivering excellent service.
