People Analytics & Insights Analyst

Grade: P2.

Reports to: HR People Analytics Manager.

Fixed‑term contract for 12 months, full time 35 hours per week, Stratford, London, office‑based with high flexibility (1‑2 days per week in the office).

Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and consolidate people data from multiple sources to simplify access to accurate HR information.
  • Build, maintain, and optimise Workday reports and Power BI dashboards, ensuring a consistent and reliable people metrics.
  • Conduct trend analysis and generate insights, highlighting opportunities, risks, and performance drivers across the employee lifecycle.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc management information (including Executive Board packs and KPI reports).
  • Translate complex data into clear visualisations, narratives, and recommendations for HR leaders and senior stakeholders to drive impact and influence.
  • Support the People Analytics & Insights Manager to provide actionable insights and data‑driven recommendations to HR leaders to enhance recruitment strategies, employee engagement, and retention efforts.
  • Perform data integrity checks, data cleansing, and regular data audits to improve accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with HR and Systems teams to resolve data issues and embed best practices and data standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with data privacy, information governance, and GDPR requirements.
  • Contribute to enhanced reporting governance, ensuring alignment of definitions, metrics, and reporting approaches.
  • Collaborate with the Data Security team to ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and compliance, and maintain strict confidentiality of employee data.
  • Apply analytical methods and advanced statistical techniques to identify workforce trends.

Qualifications

If you’re a Data Analyst with experience working with complex datasets and creating meaningful insights using Power BI in a large organisation, you’ll be a good fit for this role.
