  • Deliver a range of food and catering services across multiple outlets in a complex, busy environment
  • Plan, organise and direct the preparation and cooking of food to uphold the company’s reputation for quality
  • Take responsibility for food production with a hands-on approach
  • Drive sales through centrally driven menu planning, promotions and preferred suppliers
  • Oversee all aspects of food safety, health, safety and COSHH
  • Implement and maintain food monitoring procedures to facilitate budgetary control and monitor kitchen costs against budgets
