As a Radiology Administrator in our Diagnostic Imaging Department, you will provide knowledgeable administrative and practical support to nursing and clinical staff, ensuring standards and timescales are met with empathy and strong customer service.
Prior experience in healthcare administration is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage, appraise, and interpret data, information and situations.
- Handle all enquiries or queries efficiently and escalate appropriately where necessary.
- Ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format.
- Provide a customer-oriented information service for patients, visitors, consultants and staff.
- Participate in departmental strategies that reflect the Nuffield Health brand and the organisation's caring goals and objectives.
