The Club Room is the hub of our clubs where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment where they can work, relax or socialise with friends and family.
Based in Oxford.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team within indoor and outdoor operations, including managing events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities.
- Ensure delivery of quality food and exceptional service to members while maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Coordinate with team members to uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive member experience.
About you / Qualifications
- Self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to members.
- Strong team player with collaboration skills.
- Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e. g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
