Clarion Housing Group is seeking a part-time Facilities Coordinator to support 17 hours per week at Ditton - St Peters Court.
You will manage access to the building, act as a key-holder and help ensure the security of communal areas for our Over 55's housing schemes.
As the first point of contact for residents, you'll have excellent communication skills, coordinate with internal teams to deliver services, handle emergencies, and assist with general facilities tasks.
