This newly created role is a unique opportunity to shape how we work.
You'll collaborate across Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Enablement to deliver projects that improve the partner experience.
- As our Operations & Project Management Specialist on the alliances team, you will:
- Lead operational initiatives that improve the scalability, efficiency, and governance of Coveo's partner ecosystem.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned and initiatives are delivered successfully.
- Support partner onboarding, activation, enablement logistics, governance reviews, and ongoing lifecycle activities.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to maintain reporting, dashboards, and key partner performance metrics.
- Own internal communications, including the Alliances newsletter, Confluence space, Slack channel, and team documentation.
- Drive AI-enabled process improvements, using tools like Chat GPT and Claude to automate reporting, streamline documentation, and increase alliances team efficiency.
