Infopro Digital Barbour ABI is seeking an Onsite IT Support Analyst to deliver high-quality deskside support.

You will be the key link between colleagues and the central Service Desk, resolving incidents that require physical presence and ensuring a smooth IT experience.

The role reports to the Head of Infrastructure and Support. It offers 3pm Friday finish, some home working, and a generous holiday plan with professional development opportunities.
