To sit within the Strategy and Transformation function and be responsible for designing, defining, and governing the Target Operating Model (TOM) specifically for key strategic programmes and projects.
This role translates strategic programme objectives into a coherent, measurable, and scalable operational framework-covering processes, technology, governance, and structural pillars-that ensures project delivery drives measurable efficiency, is aligned with the overall organisational strategy, and is rooted in an understanding of customer needs to ultimately deliver exceptional, customer-centric experiences.

- Transformation-Driven TOM Development: Lead the design of Target Operating Models (TOMs) for assigned strategic programmes and projects, defining the required operational architecture, key capabilities, and integration points necessary to deliver project outcomes and drive sustainable organisational transformation.

Integration: Embed principles of great customer design-such as ease of navigation, clarity, and mobile responsiveness-into the Target Operating Model's process and technology pillars, ensuring all operational frameworks result in positive and effective customer experiences.

Design future-state business processes, standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to align with programme objectives.

- Relationship Management: Foster strong working relationships with all levels of management, acting as a trusted advisor on operational effectiveness for strategic programmes.

Communication: Prepare and present formal recommendations, impact assessments, and reports on programme and project operating model designs to the Strategy and Transformation leadership.
