Role: Principal Consultant (Services Procurement)
Location: Northampton
Working Model: Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

We provide an end-to-end outsourced procurement solution that helps organisations manage their consultancy and professional services spend more effectively – reducing risk, improving value, and lowering costs. Demand for this service has grown significantly, enabling us to build long-term client relationships. Our specialist delivery team handles the operational side, including contract management, supplier management, compliance, and ongoing service delivery.
What you'll be doing:
- Play a key role across three core areas:
- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Handling inbound opportunities and converting demand into projects
- Generating new business through proactive engagement
- Work alongside experienced colleagues and gradually take ownership of your own client portfolio.
What we're looking for:
- Demonstrable strong relationship-building and client-facing experience
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple opportunities
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Experience in at least one of the following:
- Sales or business development
- Procurement experience
- Public sector understanding – knowledge of public sector frameworks is useful
- Supplier relationship management
