We're looking for a proactive and technically skilled Workshop Engineer to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working with innovative medical technologies in a quality-driven environment.

As a Workshop Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing Baxter products, ensuring they perform reliably and safely for healthcare providers and patients.

You'll work as part of a supportive team while having the autonomy to manage your own workload and make a meaningful impact every day.

• What You'll Be Doing
• Service, maintain, troubleshoot and repair Baxter medical devices within the workshop environment.
• Ensure products are returned to customers safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed service levels.
• Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues and key business stakeholders.
• Investigate and manage product service issues and complaints, delivering resolutions within defined timelines and KPIs.
• Accurately document service activities and maintain up-to-date records within Baxter's service management systems.
• Follow established service procedures, technical documentation and quality processes to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with Baxter's Quality Management System, Enterprise Management System, and Health & Safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business and contribute to team success.
• Take on additional responsibilities and development opportunities as required.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in hearing from individuals who are passionate about engineering, customer service and continuous improvement.

• Preferred Experience & Qualifications
• Qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience within an engineering, service or technical repair environment.
• Experience working within healthcare, medical devices or other regulated industries is advantageous.
• Understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection principles.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and quality management systems.

• Strong electrical and electronic engineering knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Positive, enthusiastic and proactive approach to work.
