About the role

This role will sit within the combined Insights and Sales Operations department and will support various functions in the business with business insight and clear data. The Insight function aims to drive profitability by supporting marketing on the delivery of key agency volumes and uses data to identify opportunities for the business and where relevant, for existing and prospective customers. The Sales Operations function works collaboratively with the sales department to help maintain account information and pricing across customer accounts. This focus of this role will be on Insights. You will support with the maintenance of a variety of datasets to deliver clear accurate analysis, ensuring high‑quality presentation and effective communication to both internal and external stakeholders.

The skills you will bring

  • Experience and/or proven interest in the drinks, hospitality, retail or FMCG sector
  • Logical and analytical thinker with strong numerical and problem‑solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly
  • Ability to work in a team and to work cross‑functionally

Entry requirements

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A‑C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
  • You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme; in this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
  • If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications. For more information please visit the UK ENIC website.

Working hours

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5:30pm. You will be required to work in the head office at least 4 days a week.
