About the Role
We're recruiting a Receptionist to join our Motorstore branch in Motherwell.
In this role you will be known as a Customer Experience Host, welcomed customers face to face and on the phone, delivering outstanding service while managing daily admin duties and maintaining branch standards.
- Day to Day Duties
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and on the phone.
- Manage a large volume of customer calls and handle enquiries efficiently.
- Ensure customer areas are tidy and presentable and that customers are well looked after.
- Work proactively with all departments within the branch.
- Go the extra mile for all customers.
Essential Skills
- Fantastic telephone manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in delivering excellent service and going above and beyond.
- Confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
