About the Role
As a Staff Nurse on the Out Patients ward team, you will deliver the highest quality clinical outcomes, support patient safety and have opportunities for professional growth through our Ramsay Academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the outpatient setting.
- Deliver high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Support patient safety initiatives, including the 'Speaking Up for Safety' programme.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and work independently when required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Current NMC registration.
- Previous experience working in a surgical ward.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Flexible and positive attitude.
- A warm, considerate and empathetic character.
