Mears Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor in Milton Keynes to oversee delivery of electrical works across maintenance contracts.
You will lead a team of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring projects finish on time, within budget and to required standards.
You will manage MCM scheduling, calibration of meters, and provide technical electrical support to clients and internal teams, while coaching staff and maintaining assets including vehicles, tools and PPE.
