We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to shape and deliver the marketing strategy for The Longevity Show, driving awareness, ticket sales and engagement across both consumer and professional audiences. Following a successful inaugural event at Tobacco Dock in June 2026, welcoming 3,000+ attendees, 160 speakers, 100+ partners and exhibitors, and a sold-out expo: The Longevity Show is entering its next stage of growth. The role will be central to building on that momentum as we return to London in April 2027 and develop plans for a New York launch.

You will lead high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that continue to build the brand, sharpen its position in the longevity conversation and grow an engaged audience around it. Working across content, partnerships, PR, social, CRM and paid channels, you'll help position The Longevity Show as the essential event for anyone interested in living longer, healthier lives: from consumers looking for practical answers to the businesses shaping the longevity economy.

The Longevity Show is part of the Founders Forum events universe, evolving from the successful Founders Longevity Forum series created in partnership with Longevity.Technology. The platform is being developed alongside Phil Newman, Founder of Longevity.Technology, who brings extensive expertise and deep connections within the longevity sector.

Founders Forum is Europe's leading entrepreneur community, bringing together founders, investors and innovators through a series of events designed for open debate, problem-solving and meaningful connection - with a focus on accelerating the positive impact of technology on the world.

  • 5+ years of senior marketing experience in large-scale events, exhibitions, or consumer brands.
  • Proven track record in delivering audience growth and ticket sales for events of 1,000+ attendees.
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing, ideally within health, wellness, lifestyle, or tech sectors.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, including paid social, SEO/SEM, and CRM/email automation.
  • Exceptional project management skills, able to balance multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for compelling content and storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Own the full marketing plan, from brand positioning to campaign execution, across digital, social, PR, content, and partnerships. Develop tailored campaigns for consumer and professional audiences (B2C and B2B).
  • Audience Growth: Build and manage lead-generation campaigns to drive delegate, exhibitor, and sponsor acquisition. Use data and analytics to optimise campaign performance.
  • Brand Development: Create a distinctive brand identity for the conference and ensure consistent application across all channels. Oversee creative production (copywriting, design, video) in line with brand guidelines.
  • Content & PR: Work with media partners, influencers, and thought leaders to amplify event reach. Manage social media strategy, including influencer engagement in the longevity, health, and wellness space.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the Sales Lead to deliver marketing assets for sponsor/exhibitor campaigns. Work closely with the Event Director to align marketing with overall event goals.

We offer a range of flexible, discretionary benefits to our team. These currently include:

  • 25 days contractual annual leave

  • Mental health, wellbeing, and learning and development stipends
  • Lunch 1x/week, office snacks, and regular team drinks
  • Quarterly team activities and annual team trip/day out
