Infopro Digital is a B2B group specialising in information and technology, supporting professional communities across 26 countries and 5 key economic sectors. We are seeking a Marketing Graduate Trainee to join our London‑based marketing team supporting the Risk Global business and flagship brand Risk.net.

Role Overview

This 6‑month graduate scheme is designed to develop high‑potential marketers through hands‑on campaign delivery, formal training, and close collaboration with experienced marketing leaders. The successful candidate will work across acquisition and lead‑generation activity, supporting global B2B financial subscription products and engaging professional audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and track acquisition and lead‑generation campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Set up and monitor automated campaigns in HubSpot and lead workflows in Salesforce.
  • Monitor and improve funnel conversion performance, from traffic to registration and from sales lead to conversion.
  • Use online and offline marketing channels to create multi‑media, multi‑touch campaign plans for defined prospect segments.
  • Support and improve social media activity to drive traffic into B2B sales funnels.
  • Utilise AI tools (e.g., Infopro Digital's internal co‑pilot, Digi Update) to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain website and campaign collateral, track performance and continuously improve data capture and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with internal subscription sales teams to deliver rich, engaged leads.

Required Skills (Core)

  • Strong passion for marketing and clear interest in a long‑term career in the field.
  • General understanding of B2B marketing principles.
  • Strong command of the English language, particularly written communication and copywriting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and use data to inform decisions.
