Frasers Group is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead the internal SOC, ensuring robust monitoring, detection, and response across our global retail, digital, cloud, and operational technology environments.
You will manage and mentor the SOC team, participate in on-call rotations, and drive continuous improvement of detection capabilities to address evolving threats.
The role requires being onsite at least three days a week at Shirebrook HQ, London, or Accrington.
