Operational Buyer – Fixed term contract
We're looking for a detail-oriented procurement professional with a passion for driving efficiency and delivering results to join our Procurement team as a Regional Operations Buyer.
As an Operations Buyer you will support end-to-end sourcing across the Northern Europe region, ensuring efficient and compliant operations while partnering with stakeholders and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end sourcing activities including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, goods/service receipt, and KPIs.
- Use SAP, Ariba Guided Buying, and Contract Management systems effectively.
- Support category strategy execution and sourcing activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues and provide ongoing support.
- Apply analytical and problem‑solving skills to manage complex procurement tasks.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, Signature Guidelines, and ICs controls.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively, acting as a business partner.
- Support cross‑functional projects and category initiatives.
- Demonstrate learning agility, applying feedback and driving improvement.
- Deliver results efficiently within timelines and improve team performance.
Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of sourcing/P2P processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP & Ariba.
