Working closely with both the Marketing and Partnerships teams, you'll help our brands reach new audiences and deepen their presence in the beauty sphere.
Responsibilities
- Write clear, compelling briefs for talent, creators, and brand partners, ensuring every collaboration reflects the brand positioning and objectives.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to learn our products inside out, establish distinct messaging angles for partners, and keep every brief firmly on brand.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships team to develop reactive briefs at pace, responding to trends, product moments, and cultural opportunities across multiple partner tiers.
- Support the delivery of tailored partner campaigns, social takeovers, and co‑created content from concept through to go‑live.
- Coordinate event content and materials, ensuring partners and talent are equipped with on‑brand assets.
- Partner with the social team to optimise partner and talent content for each platform and align it to the wider content calendar.
- Review content performance—including revenue per piece of content—and work with the wider team to adjust briefs accordingly, focusing effort on what drives results.
- Stay close to social trends, emerging creators, and competitor partnership activity to spot new opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a social‑focused role.
