You should have the confidence and empathy to provide excellent customer care to all sorts of people.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits the club.
- Support the smooth running of the reception, including demonstrating attention to detail and initiative.
- Help create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
- Give a warm welcome, answer queries in a caring and helpful way, and make sure everyone feels valued.
As a Front of House Team member, you will also be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training on site due to covering Lifeguard breaks.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Flexible, motivated and able to take initiative.
- Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to swim to a high standard and willingness to undergo on-site training for Lifeguard duties as required.
