  • Coordinate external suppliers such as cleaning, security, maintenance and utilities providers
  • Support health & safety activities, including inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident reporting
  • Maintain accurate facilities records, contracts and documentation, including Share Point pages
  • Support facilities invoicing, cost management and reporting
  • Contribute to workplace improvements and sustainability initiatives such as waste reduction, recycling and energy efficiency

  • Experience in a facilities, office coordination or workplace support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to daily operational needs
  • Working knowledge of UK health & safety practices
  • Good MS Office skills, including Outlook, Excel and Teams
  • Friendly, customer-focused and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Desirable: experience with supplier/vendor management, Share Point document sites, IOSH or similar health & safety training, or First Aid training (training can be provided where required)
  • We offer
  • 25 days annual leave, plus 8 public holidays
  • Competitive salary
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • 4x salary Life Assurance
  • 6% employer pension contribution
