Manager, Transaction Services

Interpath is seeking a highly motivated Manager for our Transaction Services team in London. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with a diverse portfolio of clients, including prominent private equity and corporate entities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) reports.
• Evaluate Quality of Earnings to pinpoint extraordinary income and costs that impact underlying earnings.
• Analyse and benchmark Net Working Capital (NWC) based on historical trends.
• Identify debt‑like items through an in‑depth review of balance sheets and off‑balance‑sheet arrangements.
• Critically assess target forecasts, highlighting possible risks and opportunities.
• Engage in client meetings and serve as the primary contact for day‑to‑day FDD execution.
• Strengthen client relationships while mentoring associates within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Transaction Services or another relevant field.
• Chartered Accountancy or another similar professional qualification preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and strong team orientation.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven record in managing relationships with clients.
• Experience in business development strategy is advantageous but not mandatory.
