Belong are an innovative not-for-profit provider of person-centred care for older people, specialising in dementia care. As we enter a period of growth and expansion there has never been a better time to join us. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Belong Macclesfield. Hourly Rate: £15.45 p/h; 28.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Run the day-to-day functions in one of our households with a warm, friendly team as a Care Team Leader - Nights.
- Rotas
- Medication management (including ordering and auditing)
- Colleague leadership
- Dementia care
- Staff development and support (supervisions and 1-2-1s)
- Planning, maintaining and adapting care plans
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 (or willingness to work towards)
