You will lead a team of 3 direct and 18 indirect reports, drive people-focused performance, training and upskilling, and ensure high standards of service across the department.
You will work a 5-out-of-7 rota including weekends and evenings (6:30 AM-2:30 PM).
You will organise resources, oversee recycling, manage materials and equipment, and coach your team to deliver exceptional store cleanliness.
