Role Overview
We are recruiting a part‑time Resident Liaison Officer to join our team. The role focuses on delivering a project to coordinate permanent and temporary moves for residents within a LiveSmart scheme that is being decommissioned. You will support residents through the process, ensuring moves are managed smoothly and providing tailored support, often to vulnerable customers, to achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents by providing information, guidance, and signposting to internal and external services that may assist with their housing journey.
- Coordinate permanent and temporary moves for residents within the LiveSmart scheme.
- Ensure moves are managed smoothly and deliver tailored support to customers.
- Communicate effectively with residents, hearing their views and delivering on service promises.
- Attend scheme offices, resident visits, and enable home working as required, travelling across the local region.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales during employment.
- Must be able to travel across the local region as required.
- Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
Contract Details
Fixed Term Contract/Secondment until December 2027, part‑time 18 hours per week, hybrid role with office and home working. Frequency of travel to the Livesmart property in Luton and the surrounding area.
