  • Your impact

In this role you will set the technical direction of technology maturation activities on GCAP EW, working with other SDAs to prioritise areas of highest technical risk.

  • Set the direction for technology maturation activities, ensuring this is coherent with the technical risks identified elsewhere in the project.
  • Work with the PEM to ensure So W is representative of the technical delivery required.
  • Work with senior technical stakeholders in the business to ensure technical delivery on the project is complementary with other low TRL development and technical roadmaps.
  • Provide technical input to the Technical Debt report.
  • Serve as Key Po C for DA's and Engineers in helping to mature their Domain knowledge and overall understanding of the GCAP System.
  • Establish technical links within the Customer community to capture customer drivers and concerns.
  • Work closely with the PEM and procurement to mature the supply chain for the EW system.
  • What you'll bring

  • EW systems domain knowledge.
  • Being the technical interface to the End User/customer.
  • Dealing with challenging customer, end users and suppliers.
  • Proven ability to proactively push projects forward and being decisive.
