About you
As the Senior Sales Director for the Digital Hub, you bring out the best in people and know how to build a strong, consistent sales culture. Based at our Loughborough sales HQ, you excel when creating clarity, setting high standards and helping others succeed. You understand what good looks like in digital sales and are confident leading teams to deliver it every day.
While operational reporting lines sit within the 22 Software Cos, the Senior Director holds shared accountability for ABC generation alongside Software Co Sales Directors. This role owns what makes digital sales teams consistently perform: the culture, the rhythm, the enablement, the talent pipeline and the CoE playbook. You balance all of these and stay calm and practical when things get busy or change quickly. You care about developing talent and take pride in seeing people grow and progress.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
- Lead the digital hub of about 100 people to create a high‑performing, consistent sales culture with clear expectations and strong daily rhythms.
- Work closely with sales leaders to track performance, manage pipeline health and keep activity on target.
- Support and develop leaders and teams through coaching, structured onboarding and ongoing learning.
- Set and improve processes, playbooks and tools so teams can work efficiently and deliver reliable results.
Required skills and experience
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce and sales tools that support forecasting and engagement.
- Familiarity with structured sales approaches, such as MEDDPICC or similar frameworks, and how to embed them in a team.
- Experience supporting talent development and progression into more senior or field‑based sales roles.
- An interest in how data and artificial intelligence can support better sales decisions and outcomes.
