We are looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist based in our Loughborough office, with an expectation of 2–3 days per week onsite.
About you
You enjoy building strong partner relationships that drive growth, creating engaging marketing campaigns that generate leads, strengthen partnerships, and deliver commercial results. You are commercially minded, KPI-driven, and motivated by generating high‑quality leads and building pipeline. You are comfortable taking ownership, bringing fresh ideas to the table, and helping partners succeed.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Plan and deliver partner marketing campaigns that generate demand and pipeline.
- Work closely with Partner Managers to build relationships and deliver co‑marketing activity.
- Create engaging partner content, communications, webinars and events.
- Drive monthly lead generation and pipeline targets, using campaign performance and insights to maximise results.
- Help shape the partner marketing strategy, bringing new ideas to grow the partner channel.
- Collaborate with Sales, Campaigns and Events teams to deliver successful marketing activity.
Qualifications
- Experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing or a similar B2B marketing role.
- Commercial mindset with experience working to achieve lead generation, pipeline and KPI targets.
- Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience planning webinars, events or co‑marketing campaigns.
- Experience in SaaS, ideally within accounting, ERP or business software (beneficial).
- Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM and marketing platforms.
