Responsibilities
- Connect with and motivate members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
- Deliver a range of sessions and consultations, including high‑quality inductions, Personal Best programmes, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties.
- Support 16 hours per week of gym floor hours to grow your personal training hours.
- Communicate clearly, listen to members, and explain exercises and programmes effectively.
- Enjoy clear career progression and explore opportunities to progress into Wellbeing Lead and management roles.
Qualifications
All candidates must be a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and hold a current CIMSPA membership at Personal Trainer Practitioner level.
Failure to provide these qualifications will prevent the application from progressing.
