As Intapp continues to expand its presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, this role will be instrumental in defining and executing the regional go‑to‑market strategy and establishing Intapp as the technology partner of choice for professional services firms across the region.
You’ll play a critical role in coaching and developing talent, driving pipeline generation and forecast accuracy, and shaping go‑to‑market strategy across the accounting and consulting vertical in EMEA.
This is an opportunity to lead from the front, engaging directly with senior client stakeholders—including Managing Partners, CFOs, CIOs, and Practice Leaders—while building and scaling a high‑performing team of Managing Directors.
What You’ll Do

- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts in the accounting and consulting vertical, with responsibility for retaining existing ACV and expanding the overall commercial relationship alongside driving net‑new business across EMEA.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Managing Directors across both new logo and expansion motions, fostering a high‑performance, accountability‑driven culture built around the complexity of selling into accounting and consulting organizations across diverse EMEA markets.
- Drive disciplined sales execution, including pipeline inspection, forecast accuracy, and deal governance across complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles within accounting firm partnership structures and consulting firm buying groups throughout the region.
- Personally engage in and quarterback the most strategic opportunities across EMEA—building senior stakeholder relationships with Managing Partners, Practice Leaders, CFOs, and C‑suite leaders and advancing high‑value opportunities across the territory.

- Lead executive‑level negotiations with senior accounting and consulting firm leadership and decision‑makers across EMEA, removing obstacles and driving alignment to close complex, high‑value deals in the professional services vertical.
What You’ll Need
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a demonstrated track record of both winning net‑new logos and expanding strategic accounts within the accounting and consulting industry—including experience selling into global accounting firms and top‑tier management consulting organizations across EMEA.
- Direct sales experience within the accounting and consulting market.
- Proven enterprise sales experience with a deep understanding of complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles, large deal sizes ($1M+), and long‑term strategic account management across EMEA markets.
- Prior experience working within a leading professional services organization such as Big4, RSM, BDO, Grant Thornton, or Accenture—bringing firsthand knowledge of firm culture, operations, and decision‑making dynamics that translates directly into credibility with clients across the region.
- A true player‑coach mentality—the ideal candidate rolls up their sleeves, engages directly in strategic opportunities alongside the Managing Director team, and leads by example in the field.
- Prior experience leading and developing high‑performing teams of senior enterprise sellers—Managing Directors or equivalent—across both new business and expansion motions, including coaching on complex deal strategy, account planning, and C‑suite engagement within the accounting and consulting vertical.
