The Vending Assistant will be supporting, monitoring and serving all food and drinks to customers/clients/guests and clearing throughout the floors.

Job Type: Full Time 40 hours contract

Salary: £14.80 hourly

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • Daily replenishment of coffee stations, including coffee, tea, milk, sugar, cups, stirrers, and related supplies.
  • Refill and maintain soft drink fridges, ensuring stock is rotated, in date, clean, and well‑presented.
  • Monitor and replenish vending machines; track stock levels and notify the Manager when reordering is required.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct weekly/monthly stock takes, check expiry dates, and distribute daily stock.
  • Ensure kitchens, fridges, and vending machines are clean, stocked, and operational.
  • Carry out weekly deep cleaning of all kitchen areas and vending equipment, including washing machine filters and trays.
  • Report equipment faults or maintenance issues to the Facilities team.
