The Trading Venue Operations function is the first line of support for our brokers and traders. The role is essential to keep the business moving due to the ever-growing requirement for technology integration in our broking business. It encompasses a wide range of activities and engagement with stakeholders across multiple departments as well as our front office staff.
Role Responsibilities
- Market Support – Broker support
- Trade issue investigation
- Trading application support and investigation
- Market Control – Instrument/curve creation and configuration
- Client/account onboarding and maintenance
- Trading and settlement holiday amendments
- Maintain client credit matrix for selected products
- Client Services – Deployment of ICAP's trading platforms, either by internet or Java webstart
- Technical support STP and API support
- Liaise with 3rd parties such as ION, Markit, Traiana, ICE, Reuters
