Job Description

Solutions Management professionals work with clients (external and internal) and use their knowledge of product, industry, and technology to design holistic solutions to meet business and technical needs across individual customers, customer segments, and regions.

They include product technical experts during the sales process that provide pre‑sales technical advice and technical demos to customers about Visa products.

They work hands‑on with customers to demonstrate product integrations and support clients to optimize their use and performance of Visa's products.

All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e. g.

Chat GPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design and deliver holistic solutions that address business and technical needs.
  • Provide pre‑sales technical advice and product demonstrations to customers, showcasing Visa product capabilities and integrations.
  • Work directly with customers to support product integration and optimise the use and performance of Visa's solutions.
  • Leverage industry and technology knowledge to inform solution design and client support.
  • Support the sales process by acting as a product technical expert and advisor.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

  • Basic Qualifications
  • 10 or more years of corebanking experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in product development methodologies.
  • Experience in transforming business ideas into detailed requirements for technology teams to deliver new products or enhancements.
  • Experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
  • Experience in managing simultaneous tasks and projects with multiple workstreams.
  • Experience in project management and Agile development.
  • Experience in systems thinking and understanding of software development processes, including API‑driven solutions and cloud technology.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • 10 or more years of corebanking Product Development/Implementation experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Able to demonstrate strong hands‑on technical awareness, with the ability to engage credibly with engineers, understand system architecture and APIs, and translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
  • Experience in successful plan execution in fast‑paced environments.
  • Experience in operating independently and within a matrix/team environment.
  • Experience in interacting effectively with external partners, including vendors, clients, and government regulators.
  • Experience and willingness to travel.
