Working closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, and teams across the business, Studio operates as our in-house creative team, bringing ideas to life across campaigns, product launches, web experiences, and our broader brand.
We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to help shape how Attio is experienced across every brand and marketing touchpoint. You’ll partner closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, Content, and Lifecycle Marketing to create exceptional visual experiences that strengthen our brand and drive meaningful business impact. You’ll be responsible for leading complex design projects from concept to delivery, continuously evolving our brand system, and raising the quality, consistency, and sophistication of Attio's creative output as we continue to scale.
What you’ll do:
- Lead High-Impact Creative Projects: Own the design and execution of complex marketing campaigns, product launches, and high-visibility brand initiatives, delivering exceptional creative work across a wide range of channels.
- Partner Across Marketing: Collaborate closely with teammates across Studio, Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, Content, and Lifecycle Marketing to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Evolve the Attio Brand: Extend and refine our visual identity, applying existing brand principles to new challenges while contributing thoughtful ideas that help the brand continue to evolve.
- Drive Creative Excellence: Maintain an exceptionally high bar for visual quality across typography, layout, composition, motion, and craft, ensuring consistency across every customer-facing touchpoint.
- Mentor and Elevate Others: Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to designers and external creative partners, helping raise the quality of work across the wider Studio team.
- Shape Creative Direction: Contribute strategic thinking, creative concepts, and exceptional execution across key marketing initiatives, helping evolve Attio's creative output as the company grows.
What you’ll bring:
- Exceptional Visual Craft: 4-7 years of professional design experience, supported by a portfolio demonstrating outstanding typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling across digital marketing and brand work.
- Brand and Marketing Design Experience: Experience designing for fast-paced startups, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology companies, with a strong understanding of how design supports commercial growth.
- Creative Leadership: A track record of leading significant marketing design initiatives while mentoring designers and collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Expert Design Skills: Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, alongside an advanced understanding of typography, composition, motion design, and modern digital design principles.
- Independent Creative Thinking: The ability to develop strong creative concepts independently, balancing strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail and consistency across every project.
